what does this journey actually look like?
We will work together for a period of 4 months.
Each month we will have three consecutive 60 minute zoom calls and then a weeks break for integration.
Each call is held in ritual space - we create this space together so we can thin the veil between your conscious and unconscious mind (aka “your body”) and call on support from all of the powerful unseen forces that can accelerate our learning and growth and integration.
I’ll encourage and guide you to create an altar dedicated to this particular journey to hold the energetic space for it, to keep you on track and to deepen your devotion.
I will send you a beautiful package with a yoni egg and a yoni wand from Tantric Tools to support your journey, and a bespoke medicine bundle with some beautiful plant support for your journey in the form of oils and tinctures and smudges.
We will begin by taking a deep dive into your DESIRES….what is it that you REALLY want.
We shift the focus from what you don’t want to exploring what you actually do, and we use those desires as our North Star to guide us over the duration of the journey.
Over the next 12 weeks we will explore what arises as we discover what is blocking you from already having your desire. You could expect to be playing with:
deep somatic coaching, which will help you explore the things that are preventing you from having your desires - this is not talking therapy - this is holistic, somatic healing.

The coaching I offer works on a somatic level using a combination of tools that combine ancient Tantric and Taoist teachings with modern psychology and somatics along with breathwork and earth-based wisdom.

I support your journey with esoteric energetic practices that have the ability to “next level” the transformational journey. We will work with tools like altar creation, dreamwork, the gentle guidance and support of herbs and plants.
Menstrual cycle awareness is an integral part of this work and if you don’t already have a practice, I will support you to do so.
