This course is designed to enable you to cultivate a deep and loving relationship with your Sacred Yoni.

I’ve designed this course to be very “do-able”

We are all busy, right? It’s so hard to fit in all the things we want to do - whether we have children, jobs, a busy life, aspirations - there are a million and one things that come between us and our connection with ourselves.

This challenge asks you to dedicate NO MORE than 15 minutes each day to loving your Sacred Yoni.

I’ve found that CONSISTENCY is key to creating real and profound change in our lives. I don’t want this to be another course that you start and never finish.

In keeping these practices short, I’m hoping to make this accessible for EVERYONE - connecting with our sacred yoni shouldn’t be something that we are waiting until our kids have grown up, or our job is less stressful, to do.

What you will receive:

• 30 days of guidance that requires NO MORE than 15 minutes per day (often less)

• Access to a supportive community on Whatsapp or Facebook as we journey together (I’m keeping this flexible as it depends how many people join)

• How to use resourcing to safely connect with your yoni

• Education around your sexual and reproductive anatomy

• Step by step instruction around yoni massage that builds day by day
